BevChain Laverton earns 5 Star Green Star certification

July 2025

Linfox BevChain’s state-of-the-art distribution centre in Laverton, Victoria has become the latest facility in the Linfox portfolio to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built certified rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.

The purpose-built, sustainable supersite went live in April 2024 to support BevChain’s impressive service provision for customers in the beverage industry. It is the largest Linfox site, with 70,000 square metres of space to support up to 72,000 ambient and temperature-controlled pallets.

We continue to lead the industry in sustainable practices as we focus on reducing our carbon footprint and creating purpose-built logistics facilities. The Green Building Council of Australia assess and award Green Star certifications via an independent, third-party assessor who rates a building fitout or precinct,” said Linfox Manager Environmental Sustainability, Ruby Diaz.
